Important information regarding your stay at The Ivy – An English Bed & Breakfast...Breakfast:
• A freshly cooked English breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the porch at a mutually agreed time.Check In / Out:
• Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
• Early or late check-ins available if prearranged and approved
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM
• Late check-out may be available if prearranged and approvedGeneral:
• We are a smoke/vape free and open flame free environment. Smoking/vaping is permitted in the yard or parking lot.
• Due to guest allergies and sensitivities strong essential oils, incense or diffusers are not to be used.
• Guests are responsible for missing items from the room and will be charged for full replacement value.
• Guests are responsible for damage done in the room and will be charged full restoration cost plus any lost revenue from being unable to rent the
        room. Strong or foul smells are considered damage.
• Children (well behaved) are always welcome when accompanied by parent or guardian and supervised at all times. We do not have any toys, cribs,
        plastic ware or any other baby/toddler related equipment.  The B&B really is not suitable for children and many guests come here for relaxation and
        to be away from their own children, so please be mindful and respectful of that. Disruptive guests (of any age) may be asked to leave without refund
• Any guest under the age of 18 cannot occupy a room without a parent or guardian.Payment policy:
•      A valid credit card is required to hold the room(s). A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable on departure.Modification policy:
The following reservation modification policy is strictly observed:
• Modifications to the number of guests are allowed without a fee.
• Adding room nights are allowed without a fee.
• Removing room nights are considered a cancellation for the removed room nights and follows the Cancellation Policy for the total price of the
        removed room nights.Discounts:
• Only one discount or promotion may be applied for each reservation.
• No discounts or promotions can be applied for any:
• The Ivy - An English Bed & Breakfast Add-ons, Packages, Specials or Gift Certificates
• Payment made with a donated Gift Certificate from The Ivy - An English Bed & Breakfast
• Reservations made via a 3rd party booking website/agency.

Cancellation:

Our guests are very important to us and we sincerely hope that nothing happens to disrupt your travel plans.As a small establishment we cannot afford for our rooms to be empty, we guarantee your room will be held for you; therefore we have the following cancellation policy which we believe is fair to you and to us:7 Days or more prior to check-in - Deposit will be refunded in full (if applicable).Less than 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited.Less than 48 hours check-in the room will be charged in full.
